BRIAN DAVIS is a life-long resident of Chariton County, Missouri. He graduated in 1988 from Marceline High School and currently lives in rural Marceline.

Brian worked in real estate for 15 years to generate college tuition income for his kids while maintaining a 35-year career. That need for a side income grew into a passion for helping people find the right property and developing friendships with his clients. Many of his past clients are current friends who share hunting and fishing photos and stories. They also ask Brian to care for their properties when needed.

Being a family man, Brian is very proud of his four children who have grown into fine young men and women. His oldest daughter, Courtney has a degree in Exercise Science. Tori, his second daughter, is a dental hygienist in Moberly, Missouri. His son, Trey has an Applied Science degree in Industrial Electricity and his youngest son, Cayden is a Senior at Marceline High School where he is involved in football, basketball, and track. Brian’s whole family enjoys the outdoors, sports, and being active. They hunt, fish, ride ATVs, and care for the land by planting trees and creating food plots for wildlife. His strong local roots give him unique knowledge of the real estate market in the north-central Missouri region.

Brian’s specialty is finding recreational properties such as lake homes, hunting properties, and waterfront lots and residences. He brings to Missouri Land and Farm a long list of clients and referrals as well as his skill in listing and selling properties in a timely manner. Spending a lot of time with his clients to learn their unique needs and developing the right marketing and buying strategy and price is Brian’s approach to real estate. He looks forward to caring for the real estate needs of his friends and neighbors in this area.
