BRIAN DAVIS has spent his entire life in Chariton County, Missouri, building the kind of relationships and local knowledge that only come from living, working, and raising a family in the same community for decades. As a lifelong resident of rural Marceline and a 1988 graduate of Marceline High School, Brian knows north-central Missouri and the people who call it home.

What originally began as a way to help pay for his children’s college education quickly became something much more.
