- 10% down payment required within 24 hours of auction close (unless other arrangements are made).
- Closing: On or before July 16, 2025 at Lake Ozark Title (unless prior arrangements have been made).
- Possession for cattle granted upon deposit of the 10% down payment.
- Bidders responsible for ensuring financing is in place prior to bidding.
- All acreages are approximate until survey is completed final sales price will reflect bid price x surveyed acres.

- Statements made up to and including auction day take precedence over all printed material
