TROY TOEDEBUSCH lives on his family farm north of Wheeling, Missouri. A 2013 graduate of Chillicothe High School, he went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science with an emphasis in Agriculture from North Central Missouri College.

From a young age, Troy worked alongside his grandfather, father, and two brothers, gaining hands-on experience in the daily operations of the farm. After college, he began farming full-time, building a career in row-crop agriculture across Livingston and Linn counties in north central Missouri.

In 2022, Troy married his wife, Tierney, and together they now have two children, Marlow and McCormick.

Troy obtained his real estate license in 2025 and is excited to help clients navigate buying, selling, and leasing land. He brings a deep-rooted understanding of both agriculture and recreational land, shaped by a lifetime immersed in farming and hunting. His network includes investors, farmers looking to expand their operations, and buyers—both local and out of state—interested in recreational or income-producing properties.

Known for his honesty and respect, Troy aims to make every transaction smooth and enjoyable for all parties involved. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or lease land—or just want to talk about farming or hunting—Troy would love to connect.
